We have a ASNT (American society of non-destructive testing) SNT-TC-level-II qualified engineer for material testing and quality checking.

In quality checking received material hardness & material composition, dimension checking of machining parts and received goods, leakage testing, cycle testing, dispatch product checking.

We have facilities in QC lab like Hardness tester, Surface plate, Cycle testing machine, Sour hardness tester, Dye penetrant testing kit for crack Detection, Ultrasonic cleaner, Diel- bore gauge, Micro meter, Digital Vernier Caliper, Torque meter, Air leakage testing machine.
